As a goodwill gesture, we offer refunds for payments made on custom design projects. However, our internal management team holds full discretion to approve or decline any refund requests.

New design accounts come with a 30-day money-back guarantee—if you are not satisfied with our work, we will issue a refund.

If a client is dissatisfied with our services, a refund may be processed within 30 business days. The refunded amount will be credited back to the client’s account, either through account credits or direct bank deposit.

All refunds will be issued exclusively to the original purchaser and credited to the same bank account used for the initial payment.
